ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing Time: Each item is handmade and may take 3-7 business days to process before shipping.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, only on items that are unused and in their original condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
How to Return/Exchange: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

Since this is a one person shop, custom order are currently unavailable.
